How it works
Tell us your route
Message us on WhatsApp with your pick-up area, drop-off and preferred time. It takes a minute.
We confirm your slot
We confirm your fare, pick-up time and driver on WhatsApp before your first ride.
Ride daily, same driver
Your driver collects you door-to-door on a fixed schedule. Same car, same driver, every working day.
Abu Dhabi pick-up areas
Morning pick-ups cover Reem Island, Al Maryah Island (ADGM), the Corniche, Khalifa City, Masdar City, Mussafah, Yas Island and Saadiyat Island. Living elsewhere in Abu Dhabi? Send your location on WhatsApp — we confirm coverage honestly before you book. Pick your area below for its exact pick-up points and timing.
Your pick-up time is fixed for the whole month, so your mornings become predictable: same time, same driver, same seat.
Dubai drop zones
We drop across Dubai's business districts: Business Bay, Downtown Dubai, DIFC, JLT, Dubai Marina, Al Barsha, Deira and Bur Dubai. Tell us your office tower and we plan the drop order so arrival times stay tight.
Leaving Abu Dhabi at 7:30 typically puts you in Business Bay or Downtown between 8:45 and 9:30 in normal peak traffic. Evening returns depart Dubai from 15:30 — pick the slot that matches your office hours.
Built for the reverse commute
Living in Abu Dhabi and working in Dubai means the E11 is your second home. Doing it alone costs fuel, Salik both ways, Dubai parking and your evenings. A fixed monthly car lift turns that drive into rest or work time — and costs most riders less per month than running their own car for the same commute. See the full monthly maths on our monthly car lift page.
Unlike random ride-shares, your seat is reserved: the car leaves at your slot whether it's full or not. No waiting, no cancellations because seats didn't fill.
Flying out of Dubai? Weekends and events too
Many of our Abu Dhabi riders don't just commute — they head to Dubai for DXB flights, mall weekends, concerts and family visits. For early flights the fixed morning slots rarely fit, so a private VIP transfer (from AED 450, whole car, your schedule) is the honest recommendation — see our airport transfers page.
For weekend day-trips, daily shared return (AED 300) works when your timing matches our slots; otherwise private gives you the day on your terms.
Shared vs private on this corridor
Shared (AED 150 one way / AED 300 return) suits daily commuters on the fixed schedule — you ride in the Kia Carnival 7-seater with fellow monthly and daily riders. Private VIP (from AED 450) suits anyone outside the slot times: early DXB departures, late client dinners in DIFC, or families with heavy luggage.
The honest rule: if your timing fits our 7:30–9:00 morning slots, shared is the smart money. If it doesn't, private costs more but runs entirely on your schedule.

Find us on Google MapsFrequently asked questions
What time do I reach Dubai if I leave Abu Dhabi at 7:30?
Typically 8:45–9:30 for Business Bay/Downtown in morning peak traffic. Off-peak the same trip is about 70 minutes. We set your pick-up time against your required arrival time, not the other way round.
Can I do a monthly plan only for office days?
Yes — the monthly package covers 5 days a week, Monday to Friday. If you work hybrid and only commute 2–3 days, daily shared rides (from AED 150 one way) are usually better value. Ask on WhatsApp and we'll do the math with you.
Where exactly do you pick up in Abu Dhabi?
Door-to-door: your building entrance, villa gate or a nearby landmark you choose. Reem Island, ADGM/Al Maryah, Corniche, Khalifa City, Masdar, Yas, Saadiyat and Mussafah are standard; other areas confirmed on request.
What if I need to stay late at the office one day?
Evening returns run at 15:30, 16:00, 17:00, 17:30 and 18:00. If you're running late, message us on WhatsApp as early as you can — we'll move you to the next slot where seats allow.
What if my area isn't available for sharing?
Not every area has a shared vehicle on every route. We check availability first and, if sharing isn't possible for your pick-up area, we tell you straight away and offer a private ride instead.
Is the fare the same both directions?
Yes. Dubai → Abu Dhabi and Abu Dhabi → Dubai are priced identically: from AED 150 one way shared, AED 300 return, AED 2,800 monthly per person, AED 450 private one way. Prices vary by exact pick-up area — confirm on WhatsApp.
