1. What we collect
We have no accounts, no logins and no app. When you contact us on WhatsApp (or by phone/email), we receive what you send us: typically your name, phone number, pick-up and drop-off locations, preferred times and any messages about your booking. Our website itself collects no personal data beyond standard, anonymised analytics (page views) used to improve the site.
2. Why we collect it
Solely to provide the transport you asked for: confirming your slot and fare, contacting your driver, sending trip updates, and handling payments, invoices and support. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for marketing you didn’t ask for.
3. Who sees it
Your booking details are shared only with the driver assigned to your trip and, where needed, our payment/invoicing process. We do not share personal data with third parties for their own purposes.
4. How long we keep it
Booking messages are kept for as long as needed to operate your bookings and handle any follow-up (typically up to 24 months), then deleted. Invoices are kept as required by UAE commercial record-keeping rules.
5. Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law you may ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to record-keeping obligations). Contact us at info@carpoolsuae.com or on WhatsApp and we will respond within a reasonable time.
6. Cookies
Our site does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. If analytics tooling is added later, this policy will be updated and a consent notice shown where legally required.
7. Changes
