Carpool vs car lift: what's the difference?
In the UAE people use both words for the same thing — and so do we. 'Car lift' usually means the booked seat; 'carpool' usually means the shared ride itself. Our service is both: a bookable seat in a shared car running a fixed daily route.
What it is not: a random app match with strangers. Our carpools are closed groups — the same riders, same driver, same car, same times. You know exactly who you're riding with from day one.
How carpool groups are formed
Each car serves riders from nearby areas heading to nearby destinations — e.g. International City + Silicon Oasis riders working on Reem Island. When you enquire, we match you to the group that fits your timings; monthly riders get a reserved seat in that car.
Groups stay small: 3 in a saloon, up to 7 in a van. If no group fits your area yet, we keep your request and form new clusters as demand builds — we'll tell you honestly how long that usually takes for your corridor.
Carpool etiquette (the unwritten rules, written)
Be at your pick-up point on time — the car keeps the group's schedule, and the driver waits only a short grace period. Keep calls short and quiet, no strong food smells, and confirm any luggage beyond a cabin bag in advance so seating stays comfortable.
These small rules are why our carpools keep the same riders for months: everyone knows the ride will be on time, calm and predictable.

Find us on Google MapsFrequently asked questions
Is carpooling legal in the UAE?
We're a transport service, not informal ride-sharing: you book a seat with us, a company, on a fixed route with vetted drivers. We don't present ourselves as a casual lift-share app, and we make no legal claims beyond that — ask us anything specific on WhatsApp.
Who will I share the car with?
Fellow monthly/daily commuters on your corridor — mostly office staff. Groups are closed and stable, so you ride with the same people daily rather than random strangers.
Can I choose a female-only carpool?
We offer mixed groups as standard. Female-driver or ladies-only arrangements depend on actual availability — ask on WhatsApp and we'll confirm honestly what we can staff for your route.
What if I don't like my carpool group?
Talk to us — we'll move you to another car's group on the same corridor where seats allow. Monthly riders can switch groups; the fare and schedule stay the same.
