How school runs work
Each school route serves a small cluster of nearby homes going to the same school or school zone. Pick-up times are set against the school's start time with traffic buffer built in; afternoon drop follows the school's dispersal. You approve the exact pick-up point — your villa gate, building entrance or a nearby landmark.
Parents receive the driver's name, photo and contact before the first trip, plus a WhatsApp message at pick-up and drop-off. No child is dropped anywhere except the agreed point, to the agreed person.
Safety rules we don't bend
Drivers on school routes are vetted and route-trained (we confirm the exact wording of our vetting with the owner — ask us anything). Vehicles are air-conditioned, seat-belted and size-matched to the group; we don't overfill cars to squeeze a fare.
We make no claims about school-transport permits or regulatory approvals we haven't documented — if your school requires specific paperwork, tell us upfront and we'll confirm what we can provide before you book.
Pricing for school routes
School pricing is per route, not per kilometre: it depends on distance, group size and whether it's morning-only or both ways. As a reference, corridor single rides start from AED 150 — school monthly plans are quoted individually on WhatsApp after we map your area and school.
Siblings on the same route are seated in the same car. If your timings change (exams, activities), the afternoon slot can be adjusted with a day's notice where the route allows.

What if my child is sick one day?
Message the driver that morning — the seat simply stays empty. Monthly pricing doesn't change for occasional missed days.
