A buyer's checklist for staff transport
Before you sign any staff-transport contract, confirm: fixed vs rotating drivers (rotating drivers kill punctuality), what happens when a car breaks down (we dispatch a backup — ask any provider for this in writing), how rider changes are handled mid-month, and whether the invoice is per seat or per vehicle.
We contract per seat with named riders, so leavers and joiners are handled by swapping names, not renegotiating the route. Backup vehicles are part of the plan, not an afterthought.
How corporate routes are set up
Share headcount, home areas (or a central pick-up point) and office hours. We design the route, assign dedicated cars and drivers, and run a one-week pilot so timings settle before the monthly cycle starts. Most corporate groups stabilise within 3–5 working days.

What is the minimum headcount for corporate transport?
There's no hard minimum — even 3–4 staff can take a dedicated car on a monthly block. Per-seat pricing (from AED 2,800) applies; dedicated-vehicle pricing is quoted per route on WhatsApp.
Can routes match our office hours, not your standard slots?
Yes. Corporate routes are built around your shift times — early shifts, split shifts and late finishes included. Standard 7:30–9:00 / 15:30–18:00 slots are just the starting template.
What happens if a driver is sick or a car breaks down?
A backup driver and vehicle cover the route — your staff still get picked up on time. This is agreed in the service terms before the contract starts, not improvised on the day.
How do joiners and leavers work mid-month?
Seats are per named rider and swappable: send us the new rider's pick-up details and we slot them into the same seat from the next working day. No route renegotiation needed.
Do you provide invoices for our accounts department?
Yes — one monthly invoice per company. Payment terms and VAT treatment are confirmed in writing before the first cycle.
