Why event nights need a booked car
Yas Island on a fight night or Grand Prix weekend: 50,000 people leaving at once, surge pricing through the roof, and a taxi queue measured in hours. A booked car with an agreed pick-up point and time skips all of it — your driver is where you left him, when you agreed.
We do this run constantly: Etihad Arena, Yas Marina Circuit, du Arena (now Etihad Park) — the driver knows the event traffic plan, the road closures and the least painful exit.
How event bookings work
Tell us the event, venue, headcount and timings. We quote the right vehicle mix and agree two times: drop-off before the event and pick-up after. For late finishes, the pick-up time is set against the event's scheduled end plus a buffer — if it overruns, message the driver and the pick-up slides.
Big nights (F1 weekend, major concerts) book out: reserve a week ahead. Standard event nights are usually fine 2–3 days out.
Group pricing, honestly
A 7-seater for 6 friends to a Yas concert and back typically undercuts six surge-priced taxis by a wide margin — and everyone arrives and leaves together. For 15–40 people, a van or bus per-vehicle quote beats per-seat math every time.

Will the driver wait during the concert?
Two options: the driver waits nearby (best for shorter events), or drops you and returns at the agreed pick-up time (better for 4+ hour events). We agree which one at booking — waiting time is quoted upfront.
Can you do a 1am return from Yas Island?
Yes — late-night returns are standard for event bookings. The pick-up time is agreed at booking against the event schedule, with a buffer for overruns.
How early should I book for F1 weekend?
As early as you can — a week minimum. Vehicles sell out across the city for Grand Prix weekend; we allocate in booking order.
Do you serve events in Dubai too?
Yes — Coca-Cola Arena, Expo City, Palm events. Same model: agreed drop-off and pick-up, no surge.
