For hotel concierges and front desks
Keep one WhatsApp thread with us and guest transport stops being a problem: send the guest's name, flight or pick-up time and destination, and we confirm the car and driver within the hour. Flight delays are handled by tracking — the driver adjusts, the guest is met at arrivals regardless.
Account billing is available for properties with regular volume: one monthly statement instead of per-guest payments. Per-guest bookings work the same way for occasional requests.
For guests: what to book
Arriving at DXB or AUH and staying in the other emirate? Book a private airport transfer — the driver meets you at arrivals with a name board and drives you straight to your hotel, typically 70–90 minutes. Sightseeing? Our 5–6 hour city tours (from AED 500 saloon) cover the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, Corniche, Emirates Palace area, Yas Island and more, at your pace.
Long-stay guests commuting to an Abu Dhabi office from a Dubai hotel (or vice versa) can join the daily shared corridor for AED 150 one way — the same fixed-schedule product our monthly commuters use.

Weddings, conferences and tour groups: 7-seaters, 14-seater vans and 40–60 seater buses move guest blocks between hotels, venues and airports on a timetable you approve. Share the headcount and schedule on WhatsApp for a per-vehicle quote.

Can guests pay directly, or must the hotel pay?
Either. Guests can pay the driver/booking directly, or the hotel can take it on account with monthly billing. Set the preference once and we follow it for every booking.
Do you meet guests at arrivals with a name board?
Yes for private airport transfers — share the guest name and flight number on WhatsApp when booking.
What if the guest's flight is delayed?
We track the flight and the driver waits at arrivals accordingly. Tell us about long delays if you can, but tracking covers most cases automatically.
Can you handle 50+ guests for a wedding?
Yes — buses and van fleets for guest shuttles between hotel, venue and airport. Send headcount and timings for a quote.
